The previous IT companies I had worked with were all well respected in the IT field, but they were not specialized in dental management. It took them a long time to get up to speed, and even when they did it was clear they did not have the experience to quickly diagnose and solve problems specific to my business. Whenever a problem would arise the response times were slow as the technicians were dealing with problems outside their expertise. I switched over to Ark and it was like night and day. Any problem I threw at them they had seen before and they were able to quickly figure out the root cause and resolve it.
